Billing: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and ready for shipment..
Returns and ExchangesWe will be happy to accept returns within 14 days of your receiving the merchandise. All tags must be intact, along with the itemized receipt and credit card receipt. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is shipped. If a store receipt is not provided then a store credit will be issued. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

• Please follow the above instructions when returning/exchanging an item. • Please list the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice or separate sheet of paper and note the reason. • Please indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or to issue a merchandise credit. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want by noting it on the invoice or a separate sheet of paper. • If you want exchanges sent to a different address, please note this as well. • Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include all of the return/exchange information. • Packages must be returned prepaid – we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

InventoryOur inventory is constantly being updated. So if you have been to our boutique or on our Web site and see something you like, grab it while it’s hot, because we are not always able to get duplicates of items that we sell out of. However, if there was something you had your heart set on and don’t see it on our Web site, send us an e-mail and we will see what we can do!
